Refund policy

We sell knitting patterns as digital PDF files, not finished garments or physical products.

We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for delivered digital patterns if you change your mind.

The right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of digital content begins only when the applicable legal requirements have been met, including your express consent to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

If you do not receive your file, cannot open it, or believe the product is faulty, please contact us at knitbyroen@gmail.com so we can help you.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
