Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases of digital knitting patterns from KnitbyRoen. For questions about your purchase, please email knitbyroen@gmail.com.

Products

Our knitting patterns are supplied as digital PDF files. You are purchasing instructions, not a finished garment, yarn or a physical kit. Please read the product description, including sizes, materials and available pattern languages, before ordering.

Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency and any taxes or charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Digital delivery

PDF patterns are delivered digitally after successful payment. No physical shipping is required. Please provide an accurate email address when ordering. If you do not receive your download or cannot access your file, contact knitbyroen@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.

Copyright

The purchase of a pattern does not transfer copyright in the pattern. You may download and keep the purchased PDF for your own use. You may not redistribute, share, resell or publish the PDF or copies of the pattern without permission from the rights holder. These terms do not determine whether finished items made from the pattern may be sold.

Returns and right of withdrawal

We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for delivered digital patterns if you change your mind. Any loss of the statutory right of withdrawal is subject to the applicable legal requirements, including express consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. These terms alone do not constitute that consent.

Problems with your purchase

If the file is not delivered, cannot be opened or you believe the pattern has a defect, please contact knitbyroen@gmail.com and describe the issue. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Applicable consumer protections

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.
